Man Tries To Sell "Slightly" Haunted House

A Haunted House For Sale 

If someone was trying to sell you a house and they said that it was a  "slightly haunted house" would you change your mind or buy it anyway? Now usually people don't go out of their way to state if their home is a haunted house or not, but this guy did. The way he downplayed the paranormal activity going on within the home is what brought him so a lot of attention. If your home was haunted would you tell people in our listing that it's actually a haunted home?

The interesting thing is that it actually varies from state to state, but there isn't really anything that you can state in the court of law if something goes wrong in a house that you bought that's potentially haunted. The reason being is that there isn't REAL proof that ghosts actually exist, and because of this you can't really sue someone for something you don't have proof of, am I right?

Anyways this listing was pretty funny, and would I buy this house after hearing this?
