So apparently the heat has risen on the debate on whether to change the date of Halloween. But a lot of people are having a hard time changing the date of Halloween for many reasons.

Those for the change are in favor for it because they say it will be safer and kids and adults alike can have a lot more fun because of it being on a Saturday. Those opposing it say it’s about the historical significance behind the holiday.

However a different petition started to start a new date for trick or treating on the last Saturday of every October. That way kids can enjoy it more and get more time to have fun instead of going out on a school night in the middle of the week.

But then Snickers comes out and says they will give away 1 million candy bars if it’s changed. Now this brings in a whole new thing to the debate, so what is your stance on this whole thing?

No thank you! Halloween is and always has been October 31st. Why don’t you change Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July and the list goes own. I’ll buy my own darn candy bars thank you. So how many Churches paid you for the brilliant idea? GTFO GTFOI
