The House That Was Legally Declared ‘Haunted’ By New York

So there are houses that are allegedly haunted, and there are houses like this. We have to admit that we have showcases NUMEROUS houses, hotels, and abandoned places that are supposedly some of the most haunted places on the planet, but this is different.

This house sits on the Hudson River in the small village of Nyack, New York. The house is VERIFIED as being actually haunted, yes it’s been verified. There’s an actual law known as the ” The Ghostbusters Ruling” that was started because of this house.

The house was built in the early 1900’s and various families moved in and out of the place but there wasn’t that many stories floating around at that time. Only the locals knew the truth about the paranormal stuff going on in the house.

In the 1960’s a woman moved in there even after getting warned by the neighbors that something terrifying was going within its walls, but she didn’t listen. Apparently a very healthy friend came over and died on the spot of a cerebral aneurysm.

And that was just the beginning of her terrifying adventure!

For over 30 years the lady who lived in this house shared her stories with various media outlets and publications. Eventually it went to court and to make a long story short…. IT WAS DECLARED HAUNTED!
